- Payment information: Billing details processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number
- Communications: Messages you send to our support team
- Referral information: If you refer others or are referred, we associate those connections with your account

- Usage data: Stories you play, how long you listen, which genres you prefer, and listening history
- Device information: Device type, operating system, browser, and app version
- Log data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, and error logs
- Cookies and local storage: We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the Endless Tales service
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Personalize your story recommendations
- Send transactional emails (receipts, account notifications)
- Send service-related announcements and new story notifications (you can opt out)

- Service providers: Trusted vendors who help us operate (Stripe for payments, Supabase for database, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email, ElevenLabs for audio production). They are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may transfer to the new entity under equivalent protections

Endless Tales is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach that may affect your personal information.
9. Third-Party Links
Endless Tales may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
