Endless Tales is an audio drama streaming service operated by Wonder Books Press LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We provide original audio stories — full cast productions with music and sound design — delivered through our app and website at endless-tales.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Endless Tales. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the service, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
To access Endless Tales, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@endless-tales.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
Founding Member Rate: The first 500 subscribers receive a locked rate of $2.99/month for as long as they remain continuously subscribed. This rate is non-transferable and will revert to the standard rate if the subscription lapses.
Standard Rate: $7.99/month for all subscribers after founding spots are filled.
Endless Tales grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream our audio content for personal, non-commercial use only while your subscription is active.
You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any Endless Tales content. All content remains the exclusive property of Wonder Books Press LLC or its licensors.

All content on Endless Tales — including audio stories, scripts, music, sound design, cover art, logos, and the Endless Tales name — is the property of Wonder Books Press LLC or its content partners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights to any Endless Tales content or intellectual property.
Endless Tales may offer a referral program. Referral rewards are subject to change at any time and are only valid while the referral program is active. Rewards may not be exchanged for cash. Fraudulent referral activity will result in account termination.
We strive for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee it. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior harmful to other users or our service. Upon termination, your right to access Endless Tales content ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@endless-tales.com.
Endless Tales is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonder Books Press LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
